WhatsApp Business API Dashboard:
- Dashboard access credentials sent via email upon account approval

- First draft delivered within 3-5 business days
- Final deliverables sent via email or cloud storage link
- Includes video files, ad copy, and usage guidelines
- Revisions processed within 24-48 hours
Social Media Management:
- This is an ongoing service
- Delivery consists of active management of your social media accounts as per the agreed-upon strategy and posting schedule
- Content calendar shared via email or project management tool
- Monthly reports delivered by the 5th of each month
Website Design:
- Staging site access provided for review
- Final files and administrative credentials delivered upon approval
- Delivery timeline: 7-21 business days depending on complexity
Thumbnail & Graphic Design:
- Delivered as high-resolution files via email or cloud storage
- Delivery timeline: 2-5 business days
- Revisions delivered within 24-48 hours
2. Delivery Timeline
Initial Contact
After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to begin the project onboarding process.

WhatsApp Business API (2-5 Business Days):
- Subject to WhatsApp/Meta approval process
- Dashboard access provided once account is verified
Ongoing Services:
- Social media management: Continuous service, content delivered per agreed schedule
- Subscription-based automation: Active immediately upon setup completion
The specific delivery timeline for each service will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in the service proposal or project scope document before payment.
Factors Affecting Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may be extended due to:
- Delays in receiving necessary information, assets, or access from you
- Third-party approval processes (WhatsApp account verification, platform API access)
- Revision requests that significantly change the original scope
- Technical issues with third-party platforms
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control
We will notify you promptly if any delays are anticipated and provide updated delivery estimates.
3. Order Confirmation & Proof of Delivery
Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is successfully processed. This email will include:
- Order details and service purchased
- Expected delivery timeline
- Next steps and onboarding information
- Invoice/receipt
Proof of Delivery
Proof of delivery shall be considered complete when one of the following occurs:
For Digital Products:
- Download link sent to your registered email address
- Files successfully downloaded (tracked in our system)
- Access credentials provided for template libraries
For Custom Services:
- Email containing final design files, source files, or download link
- Administrative credentials to your completed website or dashboard
- Confirmation email stating workflow deployment and successful testing
- Access credentials to automation platforms (Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp dashboards)
For Ongoing Services:
- First social media post published on your account as part of management service
- First automated post/message sent via automation service
- Monthly report delivered to your email
For Setup Services:
- Setup completion confirmation email
- Successful test run of automation or workflow
- Access credentials and training materials delivered
- Onboarding call completed
Acceptance Period
For custom deliverables (not digital products), you have 7 days from the delivery date to:
- Review the delivered work
- Request revisions within the agreed scope
- Report any issues or bugs
After 7 days without communication, the delivery is considered accepted and approved.
4. Access and Download
Digital Products
- Download links are valid for 30 days from the purchase date
- Files can be downloaded multiple times during the valid period
- After expiration, contact support for link renewal (may incur a small fee)
- Keep backup copies of all downloaded files
Dashboard and Platform Access
- Login credentials sent via secure email
- Change default passwords upon first login
- Access remains active for the duration of your subscription
- Upon cancellation, access is revoked at the end of the billing period
File Formats
Digital deliverables are provided in the following formats:
- Workflows: JSON files for N8n
- Graphics/Designs: PNG, JPG, PDF (print-ready if applicable)
- Videos: MP4, MOV
- Documents: PDF, DOCX
- Source files: Upon request (may require additional fee)
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails for any of the following reasons, we will make three attempts to contact you:
Common Failure Reasons:
- Invalid or inactive email address
- Email marked as spam or blocked
- Download link not accessed within validity period
- Incorrect access credentials provided by client
- Client unavailable for onboarding/setup calls
Resolution Process:
- First attempt: Email notification within 24 hours
- Second attempt: Email + SMS/WhatsApp (if available) within 48 hours
- Third attempt: Phone call within 72 hours
If we cannot reach you after three attempts, the order will be marked as “Delivery Attempted – Client Unresponsive.” No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to client non-responsiveness.
6. Re-Delivery
For Digital Products:
- If you lose downloaded files, re-delivery can be requested within 90 days of purchase
- First re-delivery is free
- Additional re-deliveries may incur a small administrative fee (₹99)
For Access Credentials:
- Lost credentials can be reset at no charge
- Contact support with your order details
For Custom Services:
- Source files are stored for 90 days post-delivery
- Re-delivery within 90 days is free
- After 90 days, an archival retrieval fee may apply (₹299-₹999 depending on project size)
7. Delivery Issues and Support
Reporting Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery:
- Check your spam/junk folder for delivery emails
- Verify the email address associated with your account
- Contact our support team immediately
Response Times:
- Email support: Within 12-24 hours (business days)
- WhatsApp support: Within 6-12 hours (business days)
- Critical delivery issues: Within 4-6 hours
What to Include in Your Report
- Order number or transaction ID
- Service/product purchased
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
8. International Delivery
While we are based in India, our digital services are available globally:
- All digital products deliver instantly worldwide
- Service delivery timelines are the same regardless of location
- Support is provided in English
- Time zone differences may affect real-time communication but not delivery timelines
9. Holidays and Non-Working Days
Delivery timelines exclude:
- Sundays and national holidays in India
- Emergency closures (notified in advance when possible)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Holi (March/April)
- Independence Day (August 15)
- Diwali (October/November)
- Other major festivals (notified on website)
10. Tracking Your Order

11. Third-Party Platform Dependencies
Some services require approval or setup from third-party platforms:
WhatsApp Business API:
- Requires Meta/WhatsApp account verification
- Approval time: 1-5 business days (controlled by Meta)
- We will notify you of approval status
Instagram Automation:
- Requires Instagram Business/Creator account
- API access subject to Instagram’s policies
- Setup dependent on account eligibility
Telegram Automation:
- Bot approval may be required for certain features
- Token generation required from Telegram
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party approval processes, but we will assist you throughout the process.
12. Changes to Delivery Policy
We reserve the right to update this delivery policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
Material changes affecting active orders will be communicated via email.
