📢 How to Send a Broadcast Message

Follow these steps to send bulk messages using the dashboard:

Step 1: Go to Broadcast Section

• Login to your dashboard

• Click on Broadcast from the sidebar

Step 2: Enter Basic Information

• In Broadcast Name, enter a campaign name

  • Example: Diwali Offer 2026

  • This is only for internal tracking.

Step 3: Choose Message Type

 

Use Template (Recommended)

• Click Use Template

• Select an approved WhatsApp template from the dropdown

• Templates must already be approved in WhatsApp Manager

Step 4: Select Template

If using template:

• Click Select a template

• Choose the required template

• If template contains variables like:

   

  Hello {{name}}, your order is ready.

  You must map these variables in the next step.

Step 5: Add Recipients

📂  Upload CSV / Excel File

1. Click Upload CSV/Excel File

2. Upload file containing contacts

3. After upload, you will see:

   • Select Phone Number Column

   • Map Variables to Columns

File Format Example:

✔ Phone numbers must include country code
✔ No spaces or special characters

Step 6: Select Phone Number Column

• From dropdown, select the column that contains mobile numbers
  Example: phone

Step 7: Map Template Variables

If template contains:

You will see:

• Map {{name}} to the Name column

• Ensure all template variables are mapped correctly

Step 8: Review Contacts

• System will show preview of uploaded contacts

• Verify:

  • Phone numbers are correct

  • Variable mapping is correct

Step 9: Send Broadcast

• Click Send Broadcast

• System will:

  • Validate template

  • Replace variables dynamically

  • Send messages one by one via WhatsApp API

⚠ Important Guidelines

• Only send to users who opted-in

• Template must be approved

• Follow WhatsApp messaging policy

• Avoid spam-like content
