This policy describes how S K Enterprise delivers its digital services. As we exclusively offer digital services, no physical items are shipped.

1. Service Delivery Method

All our services and products are delivered electronically. The specific delivery method will depend on the service purchased:

n8n Workflows: Delivery involves the setup and deployment of the workflow in your designated environment, confirmed via email.

Social Media Management: This is an ongoing service. Delivery consists of the active management of your social media accounts as per the agreed-upon strategy and posting schedule.

2. Delivery Timeline

After your order is confirmed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to begin the project onboarding process.

The specific delivery timeline for each service will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in the service proposal or project scope document before payment.

3. Order Confirmation & Proof of Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is successfully processed.

Proof of delivery shall be considered complete when one of the following occurs:

An email containing the final design files or a download link is sent to you.

You are given administrative credentials to your completed website.

A social media post is published on your account as part of our management service.

You receive an email confirming the deployment and activation of an n8n workflow.
